Nearly 1,000 years ago, a Chinese emperor once declared 'White tea is the culmination of all that is elegant.' White tea offers an exquisite range of flavour and aroma, both refined and refreshing. White tea is a lightly oxidized tea grown and harvested primarily in China, mostly in the Fujian and Zhejiang province. Of late, you will find it grown in Taiwan, India, Northern Thailand and Eastern Nepal too. It gets it's name from  the fine silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds of the tea plant, which gives the plant a whitish appearance. The beverage itself is not white or colourless but pale yellow.

Directions of Use

Allow freshly boiled water to cool slightly, before infusing the sachet for 2-3 minutes, according to taste. To experience all the taste nuances, add water again for a second or third cup.
