Clearspring Organic Tamari Soya Sauce 150ml is a double strength, wheat and gluten free soya sauce produced by a natural fermentation in the cedarwood kegs over two summers. This classic sauce has been made to a 500 year old recipe and its flavour is more concentrated than standard soya sauce, yet never over powering.

A tiny portion of roasted barley flour is used in the process of making Clearspring Organic Tamari Soya Sauce. After a series of gluten tests, Clearspring have confirmed that the long fermentation and ageing processes that Organic Tamari Soya Sauce undergoes, eliminates the gluten proteins present in the barley. These results have since prompted the Coeliac Society to include this product in their gluten free directory.
