Directions of Use
Add the Clearspring Organic Japanese 100% Buckwheat Soba Noodles after your water has come to a boil, then add cold water to the pot periodically until cooked to avoid the noodles breaking apart.
Caution:
- As Clearspring Organic Japanese 100% Buckwheat Soba Noodles do not contain any gluten they are much more brittle than standard soba noodles and should be cooked gently.
- Stir frying is not recommended.
