With this in mind, they source their Cocoa from a family-owned business in Bogota, Colombia who have grown cocoa for over 100 years. They harvest their own beans and work alongside other cocoa farmers to create long-term, sustainable relationships. All HiP Chocolate Bars have been made to a nut-free recipe, however the HiP factory does handle Nuts so we can't guarantee that any of them are completely nut free. With this in mind, HiP Chocolate is not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.
HiP's outer packaging is made from recyclable cardboard, while the inner clear film is an eco-friendly alternative to plastic wrap made out of wood pulp, which is compostable.
