Explore Asian brings healthy and delicious Food solutions to people with special dietary needs including, but not limited to, Gluten Free, vegan, diabetic and general health, well-being and fitness. The company was set up after an inspirational visit to the Far East by founder Joe Spronz, a graduate of Brunel University, London, who while travelling Asia, came across the strange and fascinating soybean noodles. He believed these amazing and versatile noodles could be made into something more for his family and friends back in the West, and so Explore Asian was born!
The Explore Asian range of unique and innovative organic and gluten free pasta shapes, are made entirely from soybean and specially created to suit Asian cuisine and other dishes using regular pasta. These pasta shapes are exceptionally high in protein, Iron and fibre, and are very low in carbohydrates when compared to regular pasta.
