Belvoir - Naturally Delicious Drinks From Real Fruits, Flowers & Spices

Belvoir Fruit Farms nestles deep in the English countryside in the idyllic Vale of Belvoir. The company supplies major restaurants and retail businesses around the world with a fine selection of Drinks & Beverages, which are made from real fruits, spices and flowers.

How did Belvoir Fruit Farms start?

Belvoir began making their fruit cordials and presses in 1984, by pressing fresh fruit and infusing flowers to mix with spring water. Originally, all the elderflowers were handpicked from bushes growing around Lord and Lady John Manners’ garden. The whole Manners family helped to make the first batch of elderflower cordial, including owner Pev, in a farmhouse kitchen. Pev’s mother, Mary Manners, decided to first sample this cordial to friends & family, and after their approval, Pev’s father, John Manners, started to sell small hand-made batches of it to local shops. Fast forward to the present day, and demand for Belvoir is so high that the local community now helps with the harvest, picking flowers from the same 90 acre orchards & hedgerows in the surrounding countryside that Pev and his parents once did all those years ago.

    Who are their target consumers?

These drinks are ideal for those looking to consume less alcohol or who are trying to find alternatives to their regular choice of drink. The suit every occasion too, so whether you're socialising with friends, or savouring something to complement a quiet moment at home, Belviour Fruit Farms have an option for every occasion.

    Is Belvoir Fruit Farms alcoholic?

Belvoir Fruit Farms is alcohol free, however many of their versatile products have been designed to complement your favourite alcoholic beverage.

What makes Belvoir Fruit Farms stand out?

Renowned for their elderflower drinks, Belvoir still use the same elderflower recipe developed by co-founder Mary Manners more than 40 years ago. Each product is carefully crafted, using simple ingredients with all the flavours of nature. They never taint their drinks with artificial additives but simply rely on traditional methods to let the natural flavours shine on through.
