What are Jackfruit cubes?

Jackfruit is organically grown upon organic standard certified farms.This cubed pulp is extracted from the young jackfruit which grows on the Artocarpus heterophyllus (Jack) tree alongside hundreds & thousands of unique, individual flowers.

As a species of tree in the fig, mulberry, and breadfruit family, the Jackfruit tree is well-suited to tropical lowlands, which is why it is commonly found growing in southwest India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
