Smoked Seaweed Hummus made using the superbly tasty Weed & Wonderful Smoked Seaweed Infused Oil. It’s so easy to put an extra special twist on this classic dip!

Serves 2 – 3
- 4 tbsp Weed & Wonderful Smoked Seaweed Infused Oil
- 400g can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Salt to season.
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender, blend and transfer into a serving dish. Enjoy with carrot sticks and pitta bread!
