Spinach and Smoked Salmon Salad with a Seaweed Dressing

A perfect dressing for a delicious salad – Weed & Wonderful Pure Scottish Seaweed Infused Oil provides lovely flavour from the sea to pair with the smoked salmon in this recipe.

Serves 3-4


  • 3 tbsp Weed & Wonderful Pure Scottish Seaweed Infused Oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 8 cups baby spinach
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut crosswise into 1/2 inch ribbons
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 4 radishes sliced
  • 2 scallions thinly sliced


  • Lightly whisk the Weed & Wonderful Pure Seaweed Infused Oil, lemon juice, dill and seasoning in a large mixing bowl
  • Add the the rest of the ingredients then toss well until covered in dressing.
  • Serves with crusty bread and Enjoy!
