Golden Turmeric Paste Ingredients:

60g Turmeric Powder

250-500ml Water

3 tsp freshly ground black pepper (omit if cannot tolerate)

70ml cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil (you can useolive oil if preferred)


Heat turmeric powder and 250ml water gently in a small saucepan and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Mixture will thicken – add more water if needed to obtain consistency of thick double cream. Add oil and pepper

Gold Turmeric Paste has been used for thousands of years, so this isn't a new fad we're talking about. Part of its big reputation is thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties.
