Developed in the 1920’s and 1930’s by Dr Edward Bach, Bach Original Flower Remedy Vervain offers a holistic approach to emotional balance. It is made from the Verbena officinalis herb, which grows on the bare, dry ground of roadside verges & hedges in Southern England.

Directions of Use

You can take Bach Original Flower Remedy Vervain in several ways;

• Add 2 drops of essence into a drink of your choice & sip regularly.
• For combination use, add 2 drops of each essence (maximum 7 essences) into a mixing bottle with some water and take 4 drops, 4 times a day.

Taking larger doses at one time doesn't have a stronger effect; but if you are going through a crisis you can take more frequent doses to get you through it.
