Heather, or Calluna vulgaris, is a flowering plant that grows on the infertile soils in the mountains and moorlands of England, Scotland and Wales.

What is Heather Good For?

As a traditional herbal remedy, heather a long history of medicinal use in the form of a Herbal Tea, which was used to treat lower urinary tract conditions, coughs & colds, gout, arthritis, and Sleep disorders. Directions of Use

You can take Bach Original Flower Remedy Heather in several ways;

• Add 2 drops of essence into a drink of your choice & sip regularly.
• For combination use, add 2 drops of each essence (maximum 7 essences) into a mixing bottle with some water and take 4 drops, 4 times a day.

Taking larger doses at one time doesn't have a stronger effect; but if you are going through a crisis you can take more frequent doses to get you through it.
