A Vogel Linoforce Granules Review
A.Vogel Linoforce is a licensed herbal constipation remedy and one of Alfred Vogel’s very first remedies. Constipation remedies containing herbal ingredients such as linseed, senna and frangula (like Linoforce) have been used for decades because they are all known for exerting a gentle laxative effect.
How does Linoforce work?
Whole Linseeds are a rich source of insoluble fibre and are well known for helping to add bulk to our stools, gently encouraging more regular bowel movements. Senna and frangula have a more direct laxative effect, working to help gently stimulate the muscles of the bowel to support movement.
Why should I take Linoforce with a drink?
Taking A.Vogel Linoforce Granules with Drinks & Beverages will help you to swallow them down without the need to chew them. Drinking enough liquids is also a really important factor when it comes to constipation.
Although both soluble and insoluble fibre are important dietary components for supporting healthy toilet habits, if we don’t have take enough water alongside them, we can be left feeling quite blocked up. With your dose of Linoforce you should drink at least 150ml of Mineral Water or juice, but throughout a typical day it is advised that you drink 10 times this amount – at least 1.5l of plain, still water daily to help keep your bowel moving regularly. This volume should be on top of any warm drinks you have throughout the day.
How fast does Linoforce work?
The laxative effects of A.Vogel Linoforce are most likely to occur 8-12 hours after taking the product. By taking it the night before you can hope to see some results by the next morning – ensuring you’ve drank enough liquids alongside it of course!
