What are linseeds?
Linseeds are the small, reddish-brown (or sometimes golden-yellow) seed of the Flaxseed plant, Linum usitatissimum. They have a history of use way beyond just food, as Western countries have traditionally used them in the production of for bed sheets, table linen & underclothes.
