What is Absolute Aromas High Altitude lavender good for?

This oil promotes relaxation and may also prove a useful aid in the treatment of insomnia, anxiety, depression and menstrual cramps.

Directions of Use

Try placing two drops of Absolute Aromas Lavender Oil on a handkerchief by your pillow at bedtime.

Blend 3 drops of Absolute Aromas Lavender Oil with 3 drops of mandarin and 1 drop of geranium in a teaspoon of sweet almond oil. Add to a warm bath for a long, relaxing soak.
