Directions of Use

To unwind at the end of the day:

Dilute up to eight drops of Absolute Aromas De-Stress Blend Oil in a carrier oil or bath oil and stir into warm bath water. Alternatively, blend a total of 3 -5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil to make a massage blend suitable for most adults.

For a stress-relieving aroma:

Place six drops of Absolute Aromas De-Stress Blend Oil in an Oil Burner or Aroma-Diffuser to create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. For an easier solution, place a few drops onto a tissue and inhale.
