What does Absolute Aromas Breatheasy Blend Oil do?

The anti-viral properties of ravensara & tea tree may help to protect against the spread of colds and flu, while eucalyptus helps to clear. Peppermint is also included, to target headaches and blocked sinuses.

Directions of Use

To clear the airways & encourage easy breathing:

You have three options:

1. Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale.
2. Add a few drops to running bath water for a sumptuous, clearing bath soak.
3. Add 4 to 5 drops to a bowl of just boiled water, cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl. Breathe normally for a few minutes; repeat for up to for 10 minutes in total.

To ease heavy chests:

Blend 5 drops of the blend with 10ml of carrier oil, and apply in circular motions to the chest and throat area.

For a clearing aroma:

Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers.
