Directions of Use

  • Empty contents of the Orgran Gluten Free Buckwheat Pancake Mix packet into a bowl and add 8 fl oz cold water, 3 fl oz milk & 3 (lightly beaten) eggs. Stir all ingredients into smooth batter (use more liquid for thinner pancakes).
  • Lightly grease fry pan and preheat. Pour batter into fry pan to desired size and cook over low-medium heat. When the edge of the pancake appears cooked and bubbles have burst, turn over and cook other side until golden brown.
