This stir-fried rice noodle dish is commonly served in casual local eateries in Thailand or as a street food. Ingredients used to make this tasty dish include prawns, fish sauce, lime juice, spring onions, chilli sauce, beansprouts, cayenne, coriander and peanuts.

Directions of Use

Soak Clearspring Organic Gluten Free 100% Brown Rice Wide Noodles in freshly boiled water for 10 minutes or in cold water for 30 minutes.

Add the softened noodles to the soup and simmer or stir fry them with vegetables and a Pad Thai sauce to make a delicious Asian noodle salad. They can also be used as a gluten free alternative to pasta.
